The Ambukhaireni-Muglin road section of the Prithvi Highway will be temporarily closed to traffic for four hours today, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This closure is necessary to conduct landslide-control operations near the dam in Ambukhaireni Municipality-4.

Pashupati Gyawali, Head of the District Road Division Office, explained that the road must be closed to trim large stones on the hillside, ensuring the safety of travelers and the stability of the highway.

To facilitate the road closure, the District Road Division Office has requested the cooperation of the District Administration Office and the District Police Office to manage and divert traffic as needed.
