Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited (UHEWA) has rescheduled its 12th AGM to be held on the 26th of Ashadh, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Tarakeshwar Party Palace, Gaushala, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.

Previously, the company had decided to convene its AGM on 16th Chaitra, 2080. However, due to the unfavorable circumstances surrounding the event, the general meeting that was scheduled had to be postponed.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor’s report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To elect a director from the public shareholding group.
5) To appoint an independent director by the board of directors.
6) Misc.

Falgun 24 was the book closure date. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
