According to a mutual agreement with the Board of Directors, Mr. Bijaya Bahadur Shah has stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI), effective from 13th Ashadh 2081. Under his leadership, the company achieved a historic merger in the non-life insurance industry. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions. Deputy CEO Mrs. Anju Shrestha will serve as Acting CEO until further notice.
