The Super Krishak App has launched the “Five Runs for One Coffee Plant” campaign, aiming to connect Nepali cricket with farmers. For every five runs scored by a Nepali cricketer in the ICC T-20 Men’s World Cup, a coffee plant will be given to a Nepali farmer.

Developed by Gham Power Nepal, the app serves over 20,000 farmers, providing agricultural services such as online training, soil testing, AI-based pest and disease identification, satellite-assisted crop health and weather information, and market prices.

This campaign supports Nepali cricket, promotes coffee farming, and raises awareness about sustainable agriculture. With Nepali coffee gaining a good reputation globally, the initiative aims to boost the income and living standards of marginalized farmers.

Coffee plants will be distributed based on geographical and climatic suitability after the T20 World Cup. The campaign underscores the synergy between cricket and agriculture, enhancing the livelihoods of Nepali farmers.
