The existing promoters of Progressive Finance Limited (PROFL) are selling its 2,01,867 units of promoter share in an auction from 17th Ashadh, 2081.
2,01,867 unit promoter shares of PROFL are being auctioned to the existing promoter shareholders. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 17th Ashadh.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located at Tinkune, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be open for auction to the general public.
PROFL closed at Rs. 404.00. Meanwhile, PROFLP has an LTP of Rs. 142.20.
The existing promoters of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) are auctioning 1,99,472 unit shares to other persons/institutions from today i.e. from 17th Ashadh to 8th Shrawan, 2081.
1,99,472 unit promoter shares of MLBSL are being auctioned. The other persons/institutions are eligible to bid in the auction of MLBSL. Rs. 700 is the minimum bid rate and the minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 100 units. Although bidders can bid for the entire issue, they must abide by the Nepal Rastra Bank’s rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

The existing promoters of NMB Bank Limited (NMB) are selling its 22,727 units of promoter share in an auction from today i.e. 17th Ashadh to 23rd Ashadh, 2081.
22,727 unit promoter shares of NMB are being auctioned. Interested qualified interested promoter shareholders/general public/institutions are all eligible to bid in an auction. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 120.
NMB Capital Limited is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on Ashadh 24 starting at 10 am that day.
