National Life Insurance Company Limited, based in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, organized a Holistic Well-Being training program from June 16 to June 18, 2024, aimed at enhancing work-life balance and fostering a conducive workplace environment for its senior employees.

Led by Ms. Neeva M. Pradhan, Director of Corporate Programs for Nepal at Art of Living, the program focused on personal and professional development, aiming to boost productivity, strengthen team dynamics, and ignite intrinsic motivation and innovation.

Supported by Senior Trainer Mr. Achyut Gautam and Ms. Samjhana Kharel, the training aligns with the World Health Organization’s Wellness Model, promoting a stress-free and blissful state for participants. Employees can expect benefits such as mental clarity, increased energy, emotional resilience, and improved overall well-being.

The program concluded with the presence of National Life Insurance’s Chairperson, Mrs. Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh, and Art Of Living Nepal’s Chairman, Mr. Siddheswor Kr. Singh, reaffirming the company’s commitment to employee well-being as integral to its success.
